Yeah, women are generally more comfortable talking about intimate things and being naked around each other than they are with men because there's always that thought in the back of their minds that men view them only as sex objects whereas women are perceived as non-threatening in that regard. This will be why Sophia is more easily persuaded into doing things with Patricia and Ellie because it's easier for her to perceive it as harmless and intimate, whereas with Dylan she will feel like his actions are more creepy and perverted. I don't see how is that even possible if you as the player do a damn thing with neither Ellie nor Patricia, therefore, making them unnecessary for Dylan. I haven't done I thing with them and yet Sophia & Dylan keep building up points for the relationship.
I do agree that unless and if and only if you play both paths...there's really no reason for Dylan to catch Sophia and Ellie in the act. For example, in my game, Sophia hasn't shared the shower with Ellie and not even the fitting room, so there's no chance of Sophia sharing a shower with Ellie nor for Dylan to catch them in the act if nothing has been set prior. So, while you indeed can bet on that and by all means!... I think that could only apply IF certain conditions are met where the player is playing both paths, but if not? then there's nothing leading to such a situation.
