anyone wear butt plugs during there work day , if so how long and how big ,,

I wear them for workouts when I'm lifting superheavy. Sometimes when you use a Valsalva maneuver you evacuate your bowels, and the plug helps avoid embarrassing outcomes and big messes to clean up.
I use a ball hitch from a pickup truck and heavy duty bearing grease for lube.
